I believe this would happen more often and be more satisfying for everyone involved,if people understood the difference between advice giving and empathizing--the pure gift of your presence. But of course, the first step is to stop long enough--looked up from our day to day activities and realize we can never be truly happy unless we are helping and supporting others.
